And speaking about attire, I just have to add this comment.
I went for my hour-long bike ride last night before I went home and on route came across a "big" man riding his bike but he had no shirt on and his belly was hanging down.....and jiggling in time with the peddling......
Now I applaud him for getting out and being active but pallleeze, cover up....
I'm no light-weight either but at least I don't show off my rolls.....
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!
