Yes! That’s certainly true with Fister. If he gets a good ticking off for being noisy in bed or something like that, he will suddenly get this frantic need to wash himself EXTREMELY THOROUGHLY! Nothing in the world will put him off, not even a biff on the head.

I must admit that Sara is right too, a dead mouse would somehow have shown just a little bit more respect I feel!

We don’t really have to worry about Fister by the way, he has fallen off roofs before, and it hasn’t dampened his desire to go walkabout in his yard in the least. I think he’s hooked on the adrenalin rush, because he’s always very nervous but just has to give it a try. He was out again this morning, which is very unusual. He went straight up on the roof and sat around in the rain for a while looking a bit bored. Then he saw me and started his pitiful “please come and get me” miawing. I gave in and went down to fetch him.

I might as well accept the fact, he’s IMPOSSIBLE!!!
