Hey Everyone!

Well, as you all know, Bassett's surgery is on Monday. I got another cheque in the mail today, so I went to the bank and cashed all the ones I received this week. I also called the critical care unit, and got an update from them. Are you ready for this?

$1782.51!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also have $125 American in cheques/money orders, that are made out direcctly to the Critical Care Unit, and that should come out to *approximately* $165, depending on what the exchange rate is on Monday when I hand it all over to the hospital.

Unless there is another CC donation made over the weekend, this total won't change until I come BACK from Bassett's surgery, around the 29th of June. I've put a stop mail order on my mail, so everything will be held at the post office until I get home, so no worries about money sitting in the mail box. Any money that does come in after the fact, though, will still be forwarded to the clinic.. I still have three months to pay it off so I will make sure all Bassett's money gets there
