It's not Marshall in the ASPCA newsletter. The picture shows
the dog & it's a Doberman. His condition & situation does
sound exactly like what you said about your newest foster dog,
but it's not the same dog. I'm not sure if the ASPCA has their

I wish Astor had been our Marshall. That would be one less dog that needed rescue.

I hope Astor gets to a home that will love him, and take away all the bad memories.
