Kim, I'm so sorry to hear that the kittens have started sneezing. Since you've caught it very early, I'm sure that with all of your loving care that they'll be just fine. It's great to hear that your other cats are improving and I'm sure that within a few weeks that all of your cats will be healthy again and all of this will finally be behind you.
