He could have picked up something at the kennel. Or it could be stress related. Either way, the best thing to do is have a vet evaluate the condition. A cat that does not eat can cause damage to his systems in as little as 3 days.
In the mean time, try giving him the smelliest food available. (cats won't eat if they can't smell, and if he is stuffed up that could be part of the problem.)
