I live in the valley with no bears.
Yet the hills a few miles away from
us sometimes have a bear sighting in
the neighborhood.
When we are camping I get all excited if
I get a chance to view a bear, my husband thinks I'm nuts.
(Of course I would never want one in my back
yard)
Hopefully the Bear will not come back to
your area.
