Wow, I just went through this with Lucky! It is very frightening and I just had to chuckle on your post. I too slept with one eye open for a month, checked his breathing every five minutes.....glad to hear someone else is just like me!
Nomilynn was such a BIG help, she went through it with her Bassett eairler this year. Between the 2 of us we will get you through this.
Lucky has been on: Furosemide, Baytril and Rutin. From what I understand he will be on the Rutin for the rest of his life.
