That would be wonderful, thank you for the offer! I haven't totally quit (but I am tryingOriginally posted by yorkster
Hi Anna,
I quit smoking on June 5, 1995.
I had tried everything, (and mean everything) before I found out about a quit smoking program that worked so well for me that within aprox. 2 weeks I NEVER had one thought about a cig. again.
And the first 2 weeks of it were not too difficult either. It was not easy, but it definately was not too bad.
If you ever feel that you might want to give it shot, let me know, and I can get the info to you.
And here is the confesion part:
Long story, but its been a very stressful time for me lately, and I've found myself sneaking a smoke once and awhile!

I took awhile, but finally found my notes again............phew!
I feel your pain!) I have been smoking about 1 a day, and sometimes I don't even do that. But it seems when I really want one, it's better to go ahead & smoke it, otherwise all I do is think about it all day!
Congratulations on quitting (but sorry that you've had so much stress in your life lately)! Some people just don't realize how hard it is. I've quit before & it was much easier than it is this time, even though I'm not quite sure why.
I would love to "Never think about wanting a cig"!
