Things that helped me when I quit:
Gum, lots of chewing gum.
Raspberry Toaster Struedels (but try not to eat as many as I did.)
A "pacifier". Just take a strip of some plain white paper, roll it into the shape of a cigarette, and put some scotch tape on it. I made myself one of those, and as silly as it sounds, it did help.
The first few days are the hardest, so hang in there - you are doing great![]()
