She seems to be thinkign, "Yeah, so what's the big deal, plenty of people love me." lol. Strange bird.
IN answer to your question, yes, she does eat upside down, here's a pic (that's her pellet mix in a tank I use for mixing).
Since I sent in her nomination, I got my cockatiel B For back and they're getting along pretty good and she springs him from his cage too. ^.^
