I was so heartbroken when I read your post, Karen. My own Mr. B was diagnosed with diabetes at just about the same time Socks was. Please remember that you and your Mom did all that you possibly could. It is a very unpredictable disease. But there is no doubt that Socks knew every moment of his life, how very loved he was, and is. Please accept my most sincere and heartfelt condolences. I will be keeping you, your Mom and your family and precious Socks in my thoughts and prayers. Please come here when you need to talk.
