Dearest Oscar, you are absolutely stunning! What a gorgeous guy you are, with that luxurious, fluffy, medium-length grey and white fur that looks so soft (and I'd love to bury my face in that fur, too!). You have the sweetest face, with those long white whiskers and eyebrows, that cute pink nose with a grey spot, and those lovely golden eyes. You are so comfortable and relaxed and those great photos, and thank you for sharing them with us. I wish I could reach through the screen and over to Everett, WA to pet you, and pet your sister Clio and your best friend Lily, too. I'd love to brush you all, too. I can't, of course, but I know your loving and beloved Purrrents will pet and brush you all for me .

And what a delightful story you have to tell! You and your brother Felix were born to a feral mother and were adopted by your dear Purrrsons at age six months. We're so sorry that Felix was taken from your family by cancer at a young age. We're glad you have your sister Clio with you. You're very sweet to her, giving her kisses as you two await your breakfast. Your best friend is Lily, who spends a lot of time at your home. You helped raise her when she was taken in as a feral kitten, sleeping with her under your chin and giving her baths. You love chasing and playing and sleeping under the bed with her. You and Clio both love being brushed, don't you. You and Clio and Lily and your Purrrsons all love each other very much, don't you. What a wonderful love-filled home you share!

Congratulations, darling Oscar, on being chosen today's Cat of the Day! We hope you and your dear Clio and Lily and Purrrsons and all your family and friends are enjoying a fine celebration, full of fun and lovies and all your favorite games and treats, and maybe a special round of brushing for all. We know that Felix Angel is rejoicing with you at the Rainbow Bridge!
