I'm so very sorry "C"- it should not have happened like this.. If I had been allowed to help - the outcome may have been different. So sad, and just not right for any reason.

Made my first small jar of basil vinegar this season as a gift to a friend, I have no garden space here, and very little sunlight, so just some small purple basil plants in a blue pot - and it turned out so pretty! The purple basil turns the white vinegar a lovely shade of lavender-ish pink, and it is scrumptious on tomatoes! Gotta find a small jar and make some for myself!
