Thank you yes I know this is the hard part. I have lost a total of 119.5 so far. I had gastric bypass surgery in September, the reason being when you lose more than 100 pounds on your own the chance of regain is 70 percent, after gastric bypass it is 30 percent chance. I am on a forum with lots of long timers that have kept it off. I am in a program through Kaiser and I will be closely monitored for the rest of my life. The surgery is just a tool, I have had to make lots of drastic lifestyle changes.
