Make a schedule, if she tends to need to go out half an hour after she eats, *always* without fail take her out at that time, and when she poops outside, praise, praise, praise! You can attach a bell to a rope, and teach her to ring it when you catch her getting ready to go, when she rings the bell, she goes outside, and when she does her business, THEN she gets a treat and praise, praise praise!
When are you using "No!" ? If it is used too much, it will have no meaning at all.
As for barking, believe it or not, some people have luck in teaching a dog the command "speak" - and then it learns to bark when commanded to, but not otherwise. When does she bark that is inappropriate?
What does she get scolded for?

. She barks whenever we have someone over at the house or if she thinks I'm in the kitchen getting ready to feed her when I'm really not because it's nowhere near her dinnertime. She barks at me when I stand up or when she's in her crate and the other dogs are loose
