She got herself found by the right people! Make sure when you are trying to help her poop you are rubbing tummy to tail direction only! That's what a momma cat would do and it helps stimulate the body to eliminate stuff!

If she's drinking from the lid, I think that is fine, do give her the opportunity to suckle if she wants it.
