Good morning Sandi! A very happy Dog of the Day to you, sweet baby girl!
Oh, what a wonderful way to start the day, clicking on DOTD and finding your beautiful face up on my screen! Your sweet expression, the love in your eyes, are melting my heart! And oh, don't you have the perfect thick, fluffy coat to keep you warm during those cold WI winters! I have to tell you though, you don't look half your age, and though you might be slowing down just a bit, you're still young at heart, enjoying every minute of life, with tons more living and loving yet to do! Just look at that shot of your and mommy! (Though I think you prefer romping in the snow to donning those adorable antler ears! My Lab Star puts on the same face when I put her set on her!)

How very, very lucky your family is, sweetheart, to have known your love and companionship these many years, to have a furkid as smart and talented, and loyal and loving as you, Sandi! You truly are one extra special pup, every family's dream doggie, and so very worthy of your Dog of the Day honors...make that Dog of a Lifetime!
