Mmmmm, that sounds yummy. I'll have one of those burgers and an iced tea please. Slow afternoon at the office today, one more hour to go.

I'm already having my hot tea as well, I'm sipping it as I read this thread, so I had to smile. We're having a bit of a thaw today so I was outside doing some tidying up with the snowblower to widen the drive a bit.

No lemon in my tea, though ...

And yes, I remember Alaska being admitted to the union, it was quite a deal, but I still can't quite get used to having vivid memories of 50 years ago. I finally got there eight years ago, I loved it, one of the best vacations I ever had.

Alaska - my brother was born there in 1957, but I don't remember as I wasn't even a bun in the oven yet. I'm having a bit of a cold at the moment, so tea would be good. I recently tried a honey, vanilla, chamomile, which was fabulous, especially with a shot of Amaretto. Any takers?

I don't do tea - YUK - other than cold raspberry green tea which doesn't taste at all like tea. I'm enjoying a steaming mug of hot chocolate on this chilly evening, and the water in the kettle is still hot if anyone would care to join me. Marshmallow or whipped cream topping, anyone? A plate of peanutbutter cookies is just waiting for consumption too.

Time to undecorate all the Christmas prettiness tomorrow. It will look so dull and boring.....

Hot chocolate with marshmallow? ?I'm in!

Maybe a nip or three of Kahlua peppermint in there too.
