I have just finished a toasted cheese sandwich with share cheddar and dill pickles - YUMMY! Whay have I not thought of this before?

(Okay, many years of not being able to eat cucumbers has a lot to do with it, but still ... yum!)

My mom always made them for us with sweet pickles which is also very yummy. I'm glad that you're able to eat cucumbers again.
