why can people not fix their pets, saves a lot of problems for everyone,not to mention no more unwanted babies being born.
That would be WAAAAAY too easy, Carole! Unfortunately, people just don't get it. I totally understand your frustration, especially like you said, there are too many cats out there to figure out who he belongs to.
