Were the German uniforms made in Germany?

I have no idea to be honest... All I know is that they were made by Bogner.

My chosen one this year is Ryan Lochte for the swimming.

That sounds promising! I saw him winning his first gold medal yesterday!

The German swimmers, however, were just disappointing.
