That is just super. Other people who I know who have sustainably lost weight basically had to change their habits. Awareness is the key, I think. I know I have had fewer fast food meals since they started posting calorie counts...yikes and a half!

Wow, you look REALLY good!! I am so glad you found something to work for you! I am really glad to hear about your husbands results to, I remember how worried you were about him. He must be so happy now!
