Heidi playing with her bone Friday morning and on her walk today.It was not a good day to be outside her Friday,high wind and rain,we had some little branches and leaves come down,where I do grass on Jane Street for Phyllis McRobbie,a big branch was down,also tipped over was an outdoor table with a cover over it,had to pick it up,I tried putting Heidi's leash under a chair while I did that,she pulled the chair,wanted to put her back,her leash and harness came off and she run across the street,I got her,was not happy with her.Twice on the walk she met Tessa,a 4 year old Bichon and Sam a 9 year old Lhasa Apso/Poodle,had a great time greeting them both times.We went to the cemetery to check if a plant we had put on a stand was fine,it was ,as we were going in we saw a tree had uprooted in the storm and landed on fence and into the cemetery,no gravestones were damaged.I did the flowerbeds and cleaned up the leaves and branches,Heidi had snacks,her supper later,we had Sausage Rolls for supper,she has had 3 snacks of bones,I spelled out treat and she knew what I said,has been out twice,had a run and is now resting, will go to the couch soon.

Heidi looking out the front window Sunday morning,resting in Mom's chair before we wnmet to Massey House Sunday afternoon and on her walk today,she saw the neighbor across the street,Jenny Barter and another neighbor Clarence Devries,got a belly rub form Jenny,we carried on and on out way down Jane Street we met Phyllis McRobbie and greeted her I later went back and put up an outdoor umbrella,had the wrong one up and it may have been damaged in the storm on Friday,just about home met Jenny again and another belly rub,was bad upstairs today after having supper,she peed in the hallway,wasn't happy with her.Heidi had no walk yesterday,she peed and pooped down here,had her snacks after we got back from church,had supper,had a snack after we got back form dinner,had a downpour of rain while at dinner,today was cool to star 54F got sunny then cloudy again,cloudy right now 59F,may get spotty showers tonight.Heidi is outside right now,Mom gone to a dinner with her church unit.this summer above normal in rainfall and near normal temperatures,by Sunday,up to 84 with a heat index of 93.I spelled out drink last night to Heidi and she knew what that meant as well.
Heidi snoozing down here Tuesday afternoon and on her walk today,she saw the crossing guard and got a belly rub,did not see any dogs yesterday,heard Buddy the German Shepherd barking at her.Had her usual snacks yesterday,had more when we had them,after coming from outside at one point,she had a blitz down here.She had her look out the window this morning,had a sit with Mom,followed me when we were ready to go,bites at my feet.She asked for ehr supper tonight,had some thunder tonight,Heidi didn't like it,is outside right,will likely have a blitz.,Mom phoned Bev,her birthday today and Irene's is next Monday,my Aunt(Mom's sister) has one two weeks form Sunday ,will be 80,Mom got her Rose yesterday.My Uncle may be at a rehab facility now ,not sure,will be there for 3 -6 weeks,once hone will be hooked up to a machine will help sleeping,if he forgets to breathe.No word on the lawn more yet,borrowed my Uncle's yesterday when I had to do to Doreen Olinski's lawn when the neighbor's mower, our old one wouldn't work.
Heidi looking out the front window this morning,didn't see anyone or anything and on her walk this morning,she saw the crossing guard and got 2 belly rubs.She had a blitz down here last night,was resting beside me on the couch,stayed flipped over on her back for a while.She has been down here with me today,we went to check out new lawn mowers in case the repairs on lours would be too much,we phoned them,it is ready to go cost $76 so will go and get it when Mom comes back form canvassing for Community Care at Canadian Tire around 2 p.m.I will do Helen Depew's today,ours and 2 neighbors tomorrow.My Uncle is still in Sunnybrook Hospital so not at the rehab place yet don't know what the hold up is,he has been there since March 7th.Heidi outside, she had a early supper at quarter after 1.
Heidi resting beside me on the couch last night,then next to Mom at her feet and on a walk l around 6 tonight,had rained in the morning,mom and I had just been to Swiss Chalet for supper,Mom had been out with a friend on a tour of old buildings called Doors Open Clarington.She had no walk yesterday,I had 3 lawns to do including ours,had rain this morning,Heidi pooped down here after being lout twice and with me out with her.i took her for the walk after supper,did not see anyone.Shes had 2 snacks,her usual one and another,I didn't have a snack after having Chicken ,Heidi is used to having more than one snack ,doesn't matter if we have another or not.Looks like she needs out then will get watching game 5 of the Stanley Cup final between the Kings and ther Devils.
Heidi on her walk this morning along Southway Drive.We saw a German Shepherd coming out of a back yard ,came down the sidewalk a little then stopped.Mom and a friend went to a outdoor service today so I stayed here and took Heidi for a walk.I took her before 8 in the morning before it got too warm,was up to 82,heat index in the mid 90's thunderstorms tomorrow night ,high of 30,heat index again in the mid 90's,cooler here Tuesday and 77.Heidi had her look out the window this morning,been down here with me most of the day,has been up a few times,had her morning snack,had supper at quarter to 2,we had Steak,she stays down here while I eat upstairs and no noise from her.Marlene and Larry had Buster Saturday Shannon , her kids and some other went to The Great Wolf Lodge Water Park in Niagara Falls for the day.Larry knows it is about time to put Taffy down,but can't yet bring himself to do it.My Uncle is still in Sunny Brook Hospital,still waiting to find a room at the rehab he is to go to.
