    I am so happy they handled it well. What a surprise!

    I have no idea what I would do with my 3 in that instance. Buddy I could grab easily. Tinky and Mom, I just don't know. They tend to run and hide in an emergency situation. Maybe I better start having evacuation drills with them. I am so terrified of fire.

    Glad to hear Diego did so well!

    Since his surgery, is there any chance of easing off the Prozac? Or is it more a case of "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"?

    I agree with you. I have difficulty getting one in a cage just for the vet.

    QofP, You did well to get them in the carriers.

    Thank you. Since they were kittens I've left the carriers out with a nice, soft fleece blanket in each and they've felt free to use them as beds. Sure makes it easy to get them into the carrier for vet visits, going somewhere or, as shown today, in event of fire alarm.
