    Any updates on this baby?

A friend on another site recommended contacting http://blindcatrescue.com/
They are in North Carolina. Can you pass that on? I tried calling Melissa's number (from the first entry of this thread) but couldn't get through. I don't know if it's a telephone glitch on my end (Alaska) or operator error (me).
Ask your vet about microchipping. ~ It could have saved Kuhio's life.

Lisa, I just looked at the original message I got again and saw there is also an e-mail address for Melissa - [email protected]. I just passed this information on to her. If you'll PM me your e-mail address, I'll forward you a copy of the message I sent her.

I also gave her the URL of this thread and invited her to check it out and perhaps join in!

Hoping and praying this baby gets his purrrfect furrrever home soon!

I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.

    I heard back from Melissa!

The kitty is safe! He is going to a foster home on Sunday, then after he's checked out by the vet he'll go to his permanent home!!!!!

Yay! Thanks so much. I'll pass the news on to the folks on IMOM.

That's wonderful news. I hope the same kind of rescue came to the black cat you posted about earlier who was outside with a bad URI. He's been haunting me and if he wasn't 3,000 miles away I'd take him.

Lizzie, I just e-mailed Monica, the contact person for the black stray with the URI. And she just replied: "He is SAFE!! Going to foster today.. He's doing great and he is so gentle and sweet.. " He still needs a permanent home.

She also sent me the updated post on him and some new pictures, which I just added to his thread at http://petoftheday.com/talk/showthre...Y!!!-PLEASEEEE
