If a bone is stuck in her and it won't come out, she could very well have blockage and I would take her in right away for it as blockage can be fatal. Only a vet would be able to tell you if she has a blockage though with x-rays.

The thing is I don't know if it's a blockage. I asked the vet about it and she says she doesn't think she does but she can't say for sure. She did blood work to be sure she wasn't bleeding anywhere. She's not. She pood fine this morning, and she did poo some this evening. She wouldn't be able to if she was blocked?

Here are signs of blockage and you can see if she is showing signs. But I would take her to the vet, anyways first thing tomorrow.

It's only been two days since she was operated. Maybe she's just feeling very tender and sleepy. I know it's hard to watch them and think the worst but by tomorrow you might see an improvement. Good luck to both of you, hope everything is back to normal very soon . I know how hard it is to worry about our dogs if they act the least bit different than they should.

I've been frosted--- thank you Cassie'smom
I've been Boo'd----
I think my boyfriend is getting upset because of how paranoid I amI ended up calling the vet again and they said she's probably fine and if i'm still worried by morning I should get an x-ray to be sure. But all her symptoms are normal considering she's recently had surgery, threw up a lot, and is on meds that make her sleepy. I think the vet maybe should have given me the shots, not Clover
You must think I'm a little crazy. My boyfriend does
