I doubt I can avoid it for more then today. I live in the basement but I CAN keep her upstairs if she's just going to sleep. She'd be alone, and she doesn't like to be alone at all so if she's awake she'll want to be with us and probably wouldn't understand why she's locked up by herself. I guess she'll have to manage one way or the other lol. I'll have to see how alert she is I guess

My first Lab used to go down the stairs at my old place and jump half way and yelp but it never seemed to bother her. She was VERY hyper though. Clover is a little more calm and I can make sure she takes the stairs slow! I'll keep her in the room with me to keep her calm.

I'm a little anxious waiting to hear from the Vet. They're going to call around now to tell me if she can come home tonight!
