Sorry for your loss. I do not know a lot about fish but I wonder what caused his body rot?

I like the thought of him swimming in a huge pond at the Rainbow Bridge. Imagine the beauty of that pond with all of the different colored fishies.

Will you get another fish? I know one pet cannot replace another no matter what type of pet it is.

I'm not really sure what caused it, one minute he was fine and swimming happily and then a few days later I noticed there was this white patch of something and his gills were coming off . He was fine for a while, but then he just started going downhill

He was over a year old though, so he lived a pretty long life for a pet store betta, I think...

I like the thought of him swimming in a big pond .

I'm not sure if I will be getting another fish anytime soon. Mongoose had been staying at my house with my mom instead of with me at school, so I don't know if I have the time or if I want another one right now.
