    Yeah, that's true. It wasn't completely shocking. I just didn't think he would be gone so soon.

    Just heard this on the news. Like others, sad but not shocked. I think he survived quite a while with the pancreatic cancer.

    I saw it all over FB too. Like so many have said, not surprised, though I didn't expect it quite this soon. Yes, he held on a LONG time w/ that pancreatic cancer. My friend's Dad had that and died less than 7 weeks after diagnosis.
