The Blackberry Messenger uses the phone's PIN number. Have you tried deleting BBM? Go to Options...Applications...pick Add-on from the drop down menu...find BBM and then use the BB button and choose delete.

First, send messages back to those who wished a happy birthday, signing with the original owners name, but attach your address, and ask for money.
Second, get rid of the blackberry, move house, and you'll have the money you have received to spend.
