You "fix" a hamburger leaving out the "pickle".......

Mm-hmm ... And you fix a hot dog by leaving off the ketchup (at least if you're in Chicago).

But back to the topic -- nowadays I just go to the hospital cafeteria where they have hard-boiled eggs on the salad bar almost every day.
