And the eggies thingy - I think that might be a good idea. Sometimes the eggs just don't want to peel right, and you lose more egg than you save. I've tried every suggestion to get a foolproof easy peel egg, but haven't found one yet. Eggs that look like golf balls when you're done peeling, just don't look too appealing.
What do they feed your chicken there that the eggs end up so hard to peel? Do you dump them into ice water right after the boiling water to cool 'em down? (We always have ...) I've just never run into that problem ...
