I've heard or read that you shouldn't spray Feliway in or near litter boxes. I think it might cause the cats to stop using the litter boxes. You might want to research this a bit more. Good luck.

I haven't seen any instructions NOT to spray near litter boxes. I placed the diffuser in the litter room to keep Spunky from marking the walls in the litter room. He knows he's doing it; It's his way of making a statement to me, because sometimes he does it deliberately in front of me. Makes sure I am watching.

I've got the walls above the litter boxes protected but I scold him anyway.

It tickles me that I have to practice psychology on 10 lbs of fluff.
