Mozilla Thunderbird is a easy to use and friendly email client.

The big caveat is that it is very difficult to migrate away from Thunderbird if you ever want to. So be sure to check that box "leave a copy on the server" if you use it.

I used Opera's browser years ago, it also has e-mail. Check it out!

I didn't go for Thunderbird after all because I had some trouble installing, went for this one instead http://www.emclient.com/?lang=en. It's working fine, so far.![]()
