Once Zoee is all healed is your Mom going to be able to part with Zoee?
I am so glad that you have this option - even though you miss her terribly, she has an excellent chance to heal and be spoiled rotten while she is healing.![]()

Thank you all again. Yes, the house is way too quiet without her. Taggart is a little mopey. But he played with the neighbor dog Monday and went for a walk yesterday. We've also been playing with him in the backyard (which he usually doesn't care to do with Zoee there to play with).
You are SO right! This is why I made this decision. And its also how I got Bruce to agree to it. And I know my mom loves her as much as we do.
Yesterday my mom said "you aren't getting her back". She was joking of course. But she constantly tells me how she isn't a problem at all. In fact, when my dad takes a nap during the day Zoee lays right next to the couch with him. My mom says she is as close to the couch as she can possibly get. She would get ON the couch with him if he let her.![]()
Our goal in life should be - to be as good a person as our dog thinks we are.
Thank you for the siggy, Michelle!
