Wait, did it say the guy was actually a pizza delivery man? I didn't get that from the story. It said they thought a previous pizza delivery man had staked out the place. Why would anyone in their right mind try to pay for pizza with a $100 bill?!? They must have ordered a LOT of pizza.

No no no Helen. What it said was....the pizza man was not an accomplice, but the other guy was. The guy who staked out the place wasn't a pizza guy, he was shot because he wasn't delivering pizza but actually staking out the place when he was shot while holding a pizza.
