It is very much better then beef. More tender and the taste is very much betters. Its been awhile since Ive had it but I am drooling thinking about it. Only thing that needs to be done to it for taste, is cook it.

This has made a permanent black mark on her record, in my mind. I believe she'd do it again if given the chance, and don't trust her any further than I could throw her left-handed. (FYI - I'm a righty.)

I remember this now, sorry I didnt at the time you posted. What Palin proposed not only went against state law it went against the will of the people, including those who voted for her (myself included).

The cash bounty was made illegal in AK, I dont remember when or why. I can look into it if you like. FWIW I am against a bounty on any animal hides/carcasses as well.

I dont like federal wild animal protections to begin with, unless the species is in danger of becoming extinct, it should be left to the states to manage their wildlife.
