You have to remember that some species that are here now are what are considered "Invasive Species" - starlings are one of them. They are not only destructive to plant life and crops, but harmful to native bird species, taking over territory and food sources. Excess droppings can cause problems as well, in terms of contaminating things, and because of its chemical composition.

We humans created this problem. And, like it or not, we humans have to manage it. Is it sad? Yes.
