Beautiful pics as usual. You are so lucky to live in a region of such beauty, and you will probably never run out beautiful areas to capture for all of us to enjoy. Between yours and Kirsten's, I could spend the day just looking at all of your beautiful photographs. Keep them coming........

Thanks everyone! Yeah it is pretty, it worked out that day as a great day to go too. Further up the canyon where I really wanted to go looked really cloudy so we stopped here, same place we went last year, and it was gorgeous. The temperature was perfect, I wasn't too hot or cold in all my clothing layers, great way to enjoy the snow. You can really tell huskies are made for this kind of thing too, they aren't cold, the snow doesn't stick to them, and they love it. Next time I'd like to bring all of them, I think Killer needs a coat first though!

It's a canon rebel xti. I've had it for a few years, I'd like to get a new one but it really still works great.

Rachel, you should definitely make a trip out here.

Amy, you take the most beautiful pictures! But of course, you do have those beautiful dogs and scenery, lol. Like my pictures would come out so nice, yeah right. You have to have an eye to make pictures great and you have that eye. Thanks for sharing the pictures. They are all so good that I don't think I could chose.

    I agree one thousand percent!

The very first picture, the back of Keva's head ... MMWAH! I wanted to stick my head through the monitor to give her a kiss! And the first picture in post #4, there they are, beautiful sweeties! The frozen falls are breathtaking. And their lovely faces, the 5th and 6th pictures from the top in the very first post. Amy, your photos are amazing. I could spend a whole day enjoying your wonderful photos.
