Well last year i was in bed well before midnight, however i have changed my sleeping plan, as i sleep so bad i decided to stay up late , so that the night is not so long anymore, does it work, hmm not sure.,so hence i should be able to see the new year in this year, first in many really.

However i think i will see the new year in with my husband and the three kitties, my daughter will be out and about revelling with her friends, hey at 18 so would i be?

Actually i really wanted to go to the casino , they are having a disco night, and i was such a disco queen in my young days, it would have been a blast, you could even dress up, not that i would have had anything from that era left, but i don't want to leave the kitties inside alone, i know i am a bit paranoid, but worry incase there is a fire and they are trapped, and besides not sure i can really be bothered.

So a quite night watching the telly, some grape juice on hand for when it hits midnight should see us fine, i am a pretty poor scot really, if i were in scotland i would be celebrating hogmanay big time i think, ah well i am not a young un anymore.

2010 has been an average year for me, not bad ,not good, loosing my Ash probably was the worst thing that happened, seeing my new great nephew was the best,so here's hoping 2011 is great for everyone with much good fortune for all.

I will be with my two dearest friends . But i am not sure where we will actually be, somewhere between my house and theirs (2 hour drive between the 2).

Good question. I am going out to party with my sister and her significant other. Then we are going to my niece's house. I think I will find a mirror and kiss myself.

Of course my fiance Doug. I am determined that 2011 will be a much better year. And so far all signs are pointing that way. We have a special dinner planned, home made peach ice cream, we will also be doing a movie night, so will have a bunch of movies to watch. We might have some friends come over for a bit as well.

My wife is usually long gone by Midnight anynight. If I kiss anyone/thing I guess it will have to be Koko. After all Koko is my best girl. Happy New Year everyone !

I usually only make it to 11 my time. I watch the ball drop in NYC. I figure if they made it to midnight Kansas ought to make it too without my help. If still up, I'll give all 6 cats a kiss if they will let me.

I will be fast asleep kissing my pillow. It gets dark so early that it is hard to stay awake for even New Years, the sandman arrives early & the eyelids become heavy with sleep.

My hubby will be long asleep... so I will kiss some of my critters! Jadie and Charlie of course - the other two don't like kisses as much.

It's the 1st year I won't get to kiss my Scooter Bug... so I'll kiss his picture I keep on my cell phone.

I can't think of the last time I stayed awake til midnight. There just hasn't been a good enough reason to get my sleep cycle all out of whack. LOL. I have been like this forever, it has nothing to do with growing old.
