Well, I've heard of breed specific legislation (I'm against it), but MUZZLE and LEG size laws? That is just plain dumb! Plus, even if he were a banned breed, around here they just have to rehome the dog outside the city (most of them move).

I mean, bichons can range from 8 pounds to 37 pounds and not be overweight. I am sure other breeds have variations as well!
