Wow Kim, that is great news, i cannot get over the price of these houses, you could not even buy a piece of land here for even close to that price, would be triple,it is hardly even enough for a deposit on a home here in NZ,happy for you, hope you enjoy your new home.

Same here. For this price you could just buy a parking box for a car in Paris, and perhaps two parking boxes in other cities
