My dog has this issue where when I try to get her to "sit" after heeling, she will walk to the front of me, turn around, and sit down. She doesn't just sit beside me and "look adoringly at me" like I want her to. Should I ignore this or attempt correcting it? My mom has tried, but to no avail.

Oh yes, also... Phoebe is such a hog, she LOVES food... This is a problem when she knows I have treats, which are the only way I can get her to do anything sometimes. She will bark CONSTANTLY if she knows I have a "pupperoni" or a "breaf bluster" (as she calls it). Is there any way to stop it without getting her a shock collar, because I think she would probably hate me forever if I did that to her...she is so sensitive.
