I don't think he should have been able to shut her cellular service off but I guess thats why you don't combine accounts. Was the cell company responsible for their bad relationship or the affair? Not at all. I don't think they should have given the "third party" any information unless she authorized it, and they shouldn't have changed her account over to the combined service unless she gave permission. I would be more upset over the lack of keeping my information confidential and modifying my account without permission and I think that is the issue here. Rogers should be held responsible for that and that only, not her total meltdown at her husband leaving her.

Right! I'm suing every shop I've ever been in for displaying such tempting items that I cannot resist buying them

Slow down Pawsitive ....slow down.....yer gettin out of hand now.
Look at it as a legal contract.
A particular cream puff in a shop window grabs your attention, just at the moment that you drive by in your three wheeler, the cream puff gently rolls off the top of the pile and slides slowly down the window glass leaving a slimy trail of cream and custard.
    You screech to a halt.
Your greediness overtakes any dietary ambitions, and you quickly enter the store to purchase that very same cream puff.....which I may add, is gobbled up by your yawning gob before you can exit the store.
So.....who are you going to sue ???? The cream puff ??? No, you've already eaten it.
The store owner ??? I think not. He can hardly be held legally responsible for the lewd actions of his cream puffs.
Nope mate....sorry......you'll have to live with it.
