Re: Training male dog to stay out of gardens?

I am not really sure, but I have a male and a vegetable/flower garden.
To my knowledge he does not in pee their.
When he was a puppy, I put a temporary fence up, and
everytime he went in their I scolded him and told him
to get out. Well the fence is down, and he does like
to lay down in the garden, but I have never seen him pee in their.
I guess you could use a can of penny's too,
if your dog goes in their.
I also tried to teach my male as a pup,
    to relieve himself around
    the perimiter of the yard.
He isn't perfect, but he usually just pees on
    trees, bushes and large pots.

    Welcome to Pet talk.
