Sitting here waiting for the snow they said we wouldn't get. Now they say 3-6 inches. I can handle that just so long as we don't get any ice. It's so darn cold-----BRRRR!

I could use some coffee...no matter what I do work seems to come up and bite me in the butt...ahh "mondays". Only a little over 10 hrs to go *sighs* I at least am treating myself to a cab ride to work and keeping up with my exercise regimen by walking to the bus stop after work. It's been snowing to beat the band for hours now, and we've probably gotten to the 3" mark. I've been painting balustrades (Ellie, you've been here and know how many there are!) and trim; a chore that has been looming large over my head for some time! Ugh!

Oh yes, RICHARD, get those fires burning! It's 1 degree here in the land of Concordia! Being a resident, I don't have to be out in the weather (thank goodness!) RICHARD, a spot by the fire and a big mug of coffee with Bailey's and anything on the breakfast menu. Today I'm celebrating my 28th year of no smoking!!

I had a banana blueberry smoohie for breakfast. Now I can't decide on beef stew or meatloaf for lunch. I'm thinking meatloaf with mashed taters sounds perfect for this cold snow covered day.
