Count me in on the hot chocolate Karen. It's turning cold again after being rather mild.

I didn't know anyone knew what a hot chocolate pot was. I have a beautiful one with 6 matching cups that belonged to my mother, so I suppose it qualifies to be called an antique now. I have it in my china cabinet, along with a beautiful tea set and some other very old pieces. They all have a "look, but don't touch" status!

    HOT CHOCOLATE POT PICS

    Here is mine........

They aren't very big. This one measures 7.5 inches tall to the top of the spout, and 5.25 Inches in diameter at the base. It has 6 matching cups, but I just put one in so you could get the idea.

7up Plus is a flavored version of regular. Pretty good, esp. when you are sick and want something besides regular.

Something for this killer headache would be great. I've already had high test advil, to some relief.

Love the HC pot. Never heard of such a thing.

It got cold again here (wind chill near 0 F) so some hot chocolate would go really good right now. (No "secret ingredients", yet, though.)

What a pretty set. How many cups does it hold?

Thanks! This set is really pretty plain compared to some of the VERY ornate ones I've seen. If you Google "antique hot chocolate pot", you'll see what I mean.

The little cups hold 4 oz, and the pot will give you 8 of those. Remember - this was in the days when folks were more refined and didn't drink from big mugs or super-size their drinks! I can just picture the ladies sitting around sipping their hot chocolate (with that pinky finger extended of course), just like they did at their tea parties!
