Wow, I can't believer you can get that for $50k. You couldn't buy a .25 acre lot with no house for that here, at least in the city areas. I've been looking at houses and I'm finding under 1000 sq feet houses on .25 acres for around $130k. Your place sounds awesome, have fun with it!

Yeah it is definitely a bargain! There is even a decent golf course about a mile or two down the road. David likes to golf and says it increases the property value. He sees $.
