That is very cute!! I have been searching for coats for my moms dogs. One is little and the other is medium. I found a couple at Petsmart, but I really like the material of this one that was made for you. And Penny is just stylin' in it too!

Well Libby takes the measurements and makes to fit the dog precisely, once it s washed and dried it will fit a little more snuggly, lol. ANd I can never find stuff at Petsmart for my guys, Phoebe maybe but not the three big ones, lol. Penny says thank you
